Little Baddow Parish Council has been informed that there is a proposal to build a new bridge at Paper Mill Lock. The proposal also involves a route change.

The implications for Little Baddow Village and the possibility of The Ridge and North Hill becoming a rat run were discussed at the council meeting held on the 8th July @7.30.
