Making History 2020

Little Baddow during lockdown

 

Strange times, Sad times, Peaceful times, Family times, Home schooling, Happy times, Creative times, Lonely times, Busy times, Boring times, Cleaning times, Frustrating times, Helping others, Meeting neighbours- safely of course!

How have you survived the ‘Lock down’?

We are all ‘Making History’ and we would love to record these times for the Parish Archives to be stored at The History Centre and form part of our Village History.

Please send us your pictures or videos and record your anecdotes.

We hope you will allow us to keep a record of these and eventually to display them to show future generations how we survived 2020. We hope to add them to the Parish and History Centre websites to keep in touch with our contacts across the world.

Please include a Title and if possible, a date and location. It is mainly to show what we did and how we managed this time; so Rainbows, Drawings, Garden Circuits, Keeping Fit, Baking, Quiz, Reading to Granny on Zoom, Crafting, Gardening, of course!  Let’s show the future how creative we’ve been in this momentous year!

If pictures include identifiable views of people, please secure permission for these to be held for future exhibitions.
